Loan modification assistance is not yet available in California. California requires foreclosure consultants to register with the Department of Justice and post a $100,000 bond; we will open California once that registration is complete. Is debt relief legal in California?
Yes. California permits debt settlement, and our fee here is the standard 25% of the amount actually saved, charged only after an individual debt settles. Illinois is the one state with a lower statutory cap. California does have its own consumer protections, and the federal advance-fee ban applies here as everywhere.
Can you help with a California loan modification?
Not yet. California requires foreclosure consultants to register with the Department of Justice and post a $100,000 bond, and until that registration is complete we will not take California loan-modification work. Free HUD-approved housing counselling is available to everyone in the meantime, and we would rather point you there than break a rule.
How much does credit repair cost in San Diego?
The same as everywhere else we operate: $29 to $179 a month depending on plan, with no setup fee, a three-business-day cancellation right and a 90-day refund if nothing is removed. We publish every price rather than quoting locally.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. Everything from the free assessment through enrolment, disputes and settlement runs remotely, and most clients never visit. If you would rather sit down with someone, the Balboa Ave office is open Monday to Friday and you can book a consultation first.
