Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, state of residence, and the financial details you choose to share when you check your options, request an assessment, enrol in a service, or contact us.
• Consent records: when you agree to disclosures or to being contacted, we store the exact text you agreed to, a timestamp, your IP address and browser identifier — because the law requires us to be able to prove what you agreed to.
• Usage information: anonymous, cookieless page-view counts (path and date only). With your consent — and only with it — Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We never place personal data in URLs or query strings.
• We never pre-tick a consent box, and consent to calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything.

How we use your information

To provide the service you asked for; to check what we may lawfully offer in your state before anything else; to communicate with you in the way you agreed to; to meet legal record-keeping duties under the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CROA, the TCPA and state law; and, with consent, to understand site usage.

Who we share it with

• Service delivery partners you sign up with through us: ScoreGuard (Credit Health) and Neria (AI Receptionist). Their own privacy policies govern the accounts you create there.
• Processors acting on our instructions: payments (Stripe), email delivery, hosting. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Your dedicated-account administrator, if you enrol in Debt Relief — an independent company not owned by or affiliated with us.
• Authorities, when the law genuinely requires it.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CPRA defines those terms, and we honour opt-out requests regardless — use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or email info@mckenzieadams.net. We never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies load only after you choose “Allow all” on the consent banner; choosing “Only necessary” — or ignoring the banner — keeps analytics off. You can change your mind by clearing the site’s storage in your browser.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the service and for the record-keeping periods the law imposes on regulated financial services, then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and no secret credentials live in the pages we send your browser.
