Free permanently, not a trial, and no card is required. It includes your business credit range from the commercial bureaus, one personal credit score via a soft pull made with your written consent, and an entity good-standing check.
What does formation actually cost?
Our professional fee is $0. You pay only your state's filing fee — between $35 and $500 depending on the state — passed through at cost with no mark-up. Formation includes the entity, EIN, a year of registered agent service and an operating agreement.
How do the Foundation instalments work?
Three monthly payments of $499, totalling $1,497 — the same as paying once. It is a payment plan, not a loan: no interest, no finance charge, no credit check.
What happens after my first year?
Entity Care takes over from year two on every plan: $348 per year per state, auto-renewing, cancel any time. It covers your registered agent, good-standing monitoring, and compliance calendar; annual report filing is $149 plus your state's fee.
