Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms govern your use of mckenzieadams.net and your purchase of McKenzie Adams services. Service-specific agreements you sign at enrolment control where they say more.
Who we are — and aren’t
McKenzie Adams provides debt relief, credit health, business credit and mortgage preparation services. McKenzie Adams is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not a bank or a lender. We work with attorneys who assist with debt and credit matters where a case calls for it, but nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.
Pricing and payment
Every price is published on this site and on the pricing page. Where federal or state law sets the timing of a fee — debt settlement fees only after a debt settles, loan-modification fees only after an accepted written offer, credit repair fees only after services are performed — our billing systems enforce that timing and these terms cannot override it.
Cancellation
Cancellation is as easy as signing up. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account or by calling (888) 810-2897; you keep access through the period you paid for. Credit repair services carry a 3-business-day cancellation right at no charge. Debt Relief clients may leave the programme at any time without a cancellation fee, and dedicated-account funds (less fees lawfully earned) are returned within seven business days.
Refunds
Credit Health carries a 90-day no-removal refund. For other services, fees tied to results are only charged after the result exists, so there is nothing to refund before then. Statutory refund rights in your state are unaffected.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no scraping of other people’s personal information, and no submitting information about someone else without their authority.
Disclaimers and liability
Outcomes depend on your creditors, the bureaus, your servicer and your circumstances; no result is guaranteed and past results don’t promise yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection statutes make non-waivable.
Disputes
Contact us first — most issues resolve in one call to (888) 810-2897. Formal disputes are governed by the agreement you signed at enrolment and the law of your state of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for enrolled clients, notified by email before they take effect.
